If we find a buyer and, for whatever reason, the sale doesn't complete within the 56 days, you will be free to relist your property with the buyer paying compensation from their deposit to you for the hassle, so you'll never be out of pocket. Best of all, you'll never be part of a chain where, if one person pulls out of a sale further up the chain, it could cause buyers and sellers to lose thousands.
