Samantha Dimblebee has over 10 years' experience and a long family tradition of delivering only the best hospitality and catering services throughout Leicestershire. Indeed the family have owned and run many very well respected establishments within the County over the generations – the Red Lion at Rothley and the Wheatsheaf Inn at Woodhouse Eaves to name two. We look to build on this heritage and to celebrate the local area.
